Shipping is via UPS or freight, depending
upon the size of the item being purchased. If by UPS, delivery
will be made within 10 business days. If by freight, you
will receive a contact from the delivery company by phone
to arrange a convenient time. Delivery by freight is usually
within 10 days.
The exception is Haier items. They
are sent directly from Haier International, and require
2 - 3 weeks for delivery
Refusal
- In the event that you the buyer refuse delivery for any
reason, you are to pay any and all shipping, storage, restocking
and handling fees.
Damaged in shipping - You
have 48 hours to inspect for shipping damage. After 48 hours,
you have accepted the shipment. Shipping damage is not covered
by warranty.
Unable to complete delivery
- Carriers make every reasonable attempt to complete deliveries.
As it is the responsiblity of the buyer to make themselves
available for delivery and to provide accurate delivery
information, should the delivery company be unable to complete
delivery, you the buyer are responsible for any and all
costs associated with delivery and return delivery, including
shipping, storage, handling, packaging, restocking and any
other fee associated with the transmission of this product.
Genius Goods Inc will incur no expense or fees on shipping,
handling, restocking, storage costs or fees of any kind.
Genius Goods liability limitation is for the cost of the
product itself only.
In addition, Genius Goods Inc makes
no guarantees on the timeliness or success of the freight
carrrier. The negotiation of delivery is solely and exclusively
between the buyer and the shipping agent, and all liability
for any costs or fees fall upon the buyer. No refunds or
returns will be accepted for items that do not "get
there" in time. It is the responsibility of the purchaser
to buy their item in a timely fashion in such that it will
arrive when they want it, allowing time for both regular
delivery and any possible difficulty in delivery.
In no situation and under no circumstances
is Genius Goods Inc liable for fees and costs associated
with a return that does not involve product defect or
damage. Products can be repaired or replaced depending
upon the terms of product warranty and at the discretion
of the manufacturer, warehouse and/or seller. All items
returned without pre-authorization will in all cases be
charged a restocking fee and no shipping charges will be
